After graduating in Germanic and Romance literature and writing a novel, I have been interested in the different currents of psychology for two decades: from classical psychoanalysis to Jungian analysis with the importance given to dreams, systemic therapy and existential therapy, psycho-corporal therapy…
After a period dedicated to my family and to teaching languages, I decided to follow a Gestalt therapy training (IBG Brussels) to be able to accompany people in search of more mental balance, joy, flexibility, desire.
To get out of an emotional impasse, to find stability after a destructuring event, to become intimately acquainted with one’s emotions (even the most difficult ones), to learn to live with a mourning or a loss, to integrate unknown parts of our personality, to create new inner spaces, to enter in a different way in connection with oneself and with others, to have a more present or more fulfilled life, to have more serene relationships, to live better as a couple, to feel freer, more confident, to widen our field of possibilities, to feel more alive…..
You are the person who knows you best: your history, your strengths, your fears, your aspirations, your weaknesses. My role will be above all to be present where you are, to support what wants to be born, to propose a presence that helps you to go further, to face your fears.
I will support you to better perceive your emotions and thoughts, to become aware of them and accept them, to integrate them little by little.
In Gestalt Therapy, our tool is above all the word, silence at times, our bodily and emotional presence, our fine attention, writing or drawing if it helps. And above all the bond that is created between you and me and that allows you to make new experiences, especially with ourselves.
