I have a degree in Psychology from PUC-RJ (1990), a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from UGF (1993) and a PhD in Social Psychology from UERJ (2007), with a CAPES scholarship, PDEE, held at the René Descartes Paris 5 Sorbonne University (2005).
I have worked as coordinator of postgraduate courses in Business Psychology at the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP) and as professor of various postgraduate courses: UERJ, Cândido Mendes University (UCAM), UCP and Arthur Sá Earp College (FASE). Undergraduate professor at Estácio de Sá University (UNESA), Maria Thereza Integrated Colleges (FAMATh), Nelson Sá Earp College (FASE), UERJ and Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP), and several undergraduate courses.
I was an internship supervisor in Organizational Psychology I and II at Maria Thereza Integrated Colleges (FAMATh) and at the Catholic University of Petrópolis (UCP).
I have edited undergraduate and graduate monographs. Participation in masters, specialisations and diplomas. Published books, articles and books.
I have more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources management consulting in various national and multinational companies.
I have a private practice since 1990: Individual Psychotherapy, Individual, Team and Company Coaching, Professional and Career Guidance.
