My name is Aude, I am a Greenwich University (London) trained Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Neuro-linguistic programming Coach. I am registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Association of Integrative Psychology.
My professional experience includes working in specialist schools, colleges, private practice and charities, with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, childhood or adult trauma, self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, disordered eating, domestic abuse, relationships, professional issues and bereavement.
In our collaborative work together we will explore your current psychological state, past and present events and coping strategies to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to make empowered choices and changes. As an integrative counsellor, my approach incorporates humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, NLP life coaching, CBT modalities and mindfulness, which are tailored to my client’s individual needs.
I believe that the foundation of any therapeutic work is a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, allowing you to gain mind clarity and challenge established ways of thinking and being.
My approach is in line with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy framework.
My clients are: Adults, Teenagers, Older adults with diversity and inclusivity (sex, gender, age, social cultural or religious background and disability).
My therapy is offered as: long-term face-to-face, short-term or open-ended.
