My name is Dominika Witkowska, and I have a unique opportunity to support others in building lasting, meaningful lifestyle change and personal transformation toward well-being. I help set and achieve goals related to health and overall well-being. These may include eating healthier, reducing stress levels, finding balance, increasing energy, losing weight, or improving relationships with the body.

While a person is often focused on a specific symptom or action, as a wellness coach I usually address their lifestyle more holistically. I treat the client as a whole being – looking for the causes and context of what’s happening to them in order to best learn about and understand the factors affecting their well-being.

During meetings, I focus on the physical, emotional and behavioral health of the people I work with. Together we look at health goals and challenges that arise in real life. We explore the role that nutrition and daily choices play in healing and supporting their body and mind. From sunrise to sunset, from emotions to the physical body, we will discuss the various behaviors that shape our well-being and health.

I’m committed to building a safe, honest relationship, so I’m also there for clients between sessions to answer any questions or concerns, offer support, encourage and rekindle motivation.

I myself actively practice a holistic approach to health, drawing on nature, mindfulness and plant-based diet. My main goal is to support others in adopting a healthier, more light and positive lifestyle to enjoy it for as long and in the best shape possible. This is all through awareness and making changes in behavior and attitude.

I especially help people who want to:
