I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapy Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I completed a three-year, BACP-accredited Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy at the CPPD Counselling School in London.
I specialise in supporting individuals through Behavioural Change, Personal and Professional Growth, Bereavement, and navigating Adverse Life Challenges related to health, relationships, and work.
Since 2013, I have built a wealth of professional experience, working as a coach and counsellor to support people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds across a variety of industries with their mental health.
I have worked for leading addiction treatment centres in Great Britain, including Start2Stop, Lions Campus, and Castle Craig through their CATCH Recovery practice. I have helped individuals struggling with a wide range of compulsive behaviours, including alcoholism and drug addiction, sex, pornography, gambling, and screen addictions.
During my studies, I completed a three-year placement at the London Bereavement Centre (CCIWBS), where I gained valuable hands-on experience guiding and supporting clients through their grieving processes. This deepened my understanding of the unique journeys individuals face when processing loss, which significantly enriches my work.
My long-standing expertise in substance abuse treatment and behavioural addiction, combined with my applied grief therapy experience, allows me to bring a uniquely impactful and empathic approach to my client work.
I integrate psychotherapy and coaching to provide a bespoke, tailored approach to each client’s unique needs, blending attentive listening with practical support when beneficial.
Drawing on my training in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Schema Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches, I combine these modalities with insights from neuroscience and behavioural economics.
My method is a balance of practicality and compassion, consciously avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. I strive to understand you as you understand yourself, ensuring all work is grounded in your lived experience.
Before transitioning into mental health work, I spent 30 years in the travel industry. My practice today draws extensively from my personal life and professional experiences, which include leadership roles such as General Manager and Purchasing Director for an online hotel booking company, and Head of Marketing for a Wholesale Group Travel Company.
I am a French national and have studied, lived, and worked across the UK and Europe for three decades. I am a native speaker of both French and English.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Université de Provence in France, a Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom, and a BACP-accredited Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, Psychoanalysis, and Psychotherapy. I am currently studying toward accreditation as a Schema Therapy Practitioner with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).
