Yana Kornaraki

I am an ACC-certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holding a degree in Multilingual Communication (ULB) and an Executive Master in People Management (ICHEC).

With more than 13 years of experience in work psychology within large organisations, I have developed strong expertise in career coaching, supporting individuals through professional transitions, career choices, development and repositioning.

Driven by my interest in psychology and human behaviour, I have trained in several psychological and coaching-related approaches (applied psychology, neurocoaching, relational support, etc.). This allows me to offer a holistic, integrative and human-centred approach that considers professional, personal and emotional dimensions, placing the individual at the core of each coaching journey.

I also support leadership development, stress and time management, work-life balance, meaning at work, and individuals in their parenting role. In addition, I provide group coaching, mediation and conflict management within a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.

I help individuals and teams make better decisions, increase engagement and perform sustainably.

Within recruitment processes, I support interview preparation, addressing internal barriers and optimising application tools (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn and professional positioning), enabling clients to present themselves confidently and aligned with labour market realities.

Sessions are available in French, Dutch, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
